By accessing or using YOU.TERMINAL ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

By using YOU.TERMINAL, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YOU.TERMINAL accesses YouTube data through YouTube's official APIs, and your use of that data is subject to YouTube's terms.

3. Description of Service

YOU.TERMINAL provides analytics interpretation and recommendations for YouTube creators. We access your YouTube channel data through YouTube's official APIs to provide metrics analysis, comparisons to your channel baseline, and actionable recommendations.

4. Data Access and Usage

  • → We request read-only access to your YouTube channel data
  • → We do not modify your YouTube content
  • → We store analytics snapshots to provide the Service
  • → We do not sell or share your data with third parties

5. Interpretation Disclaimer

The diagnoses, recommendations, and interpretations provided by YOU.TERMINAL are guidance based on available metrics. They are not guarantees of performance. YouTube's algorithm is complex and changes over time. Always use your own judgment when making decisions about your content.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • → Provide accurate information when creating your account
  • → Not attempt to access data from channels you do not own
  • → Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • → Not interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Revocation of Access

You may revoke YOU.TERMINAL's access to your YouTube data at any time by visiting Google Account Connections and removing YOU.TERMINAL. Upon revocation, we will delete your stored data within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
